1. Plan ahead is Timesaving Tips
If you are managing some projects you need to create a project plan to be able to manage all the people involved in this project. Doing a plan will help you make different requirements, assignments, goals, deadlines, timelines. And sources visible for the management and the team. And the time saved can be spent on completing some of the tasks, focusing or, simply, on a good additional 15 minutes of sleep in the morning for example.

2. Know your timeline – know Timesaving Tips
Know yourself to adequately estimate the amount of work you can do in a given timeframe. You will manage your progress, if you realize and be honest with your manager that there is a lot of work in your plan. Always know the status of your work and be proactive with it. Only agree to new assignments when you are confident that you will be able to complete your old ones on time.
3. Delegate tasks
Learn to trust the members and you will become a project management expert. Your team should have their skills and expertise to get the job done. Even if they cannot, let’s train them and give them a chance to get all team support together. Brief your colleagues about a task and make sure they understand what needs to be done and when it needs to be done.
